LEADERS IN TRAINING PROGRAM (LIT)
Instructed by Dawn Gosney/ Ages: 13-17


This fast-paced program is designed for teen campers who want to learn about themselves and their peers in a fun and safe theatrical setting. The L.I.T. program emphasizes the importance of working as a group and culminates in an original theatrical performance presented for family and friends on the final Friday. Along with working together to create the presentation, L.I.T.s observe and model the leadership styles of our seasoned counselors and use these skills to develop and lead camp games with the younger campers. ADVANCED LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (ALP)
Instructed by Chris Mamo / Ages: 13-17

Looking for an advanced, in-depth leadership experience that builds on our L.I.T. program? Then the A.L.P. is for you! A.L.P.’s participate in leadership development workshops to learn positive leadership styles. Then, they are given the valuable opportunity to use these skills and the insight developed by observation and modeling of our senior staff to lead camp games and assist in directing rehearsals of camp shows. Graduates of the A.L.P. program gain confidence and hands-on experience in leading groups of children and their peers in a variety of settings.
